First transnational meeting in Slovakia
The first project meeting took place according to the plan from 21 to 22 November 2019 in Slovakia, in Banská Bystrica. The meeting was attended by all project partners, the participants were the persons responsible for the project and its implementation. The aim of the meeting was to get to know the project partners and their representatives, to present the partners' experiences in the field of service-learning, to agree on the common rules within the project, the tasks of the individual partners, and the timetable of the project. The meeting also aimed to develop a common vision of project outputs and agree on their creation and basic structure and prepare the first draft of the IO1 output.

Second transnational meeting in Poland
The second transnational meeting on the EDUVOL project took place on 4 and 5 March 2020 in Poland, in Warsaw. The aim of the international meeting was to jointly prepare the first version of the training for youth workers and manual for trainers, present reports from the mapping of needs in partner countries and incorporate the results into the creation of outputs, prepare a basic version of other outputs and plan in detail the next steps in the project implementation.

Third project meeting online
The third project meeting took place according to plan on September 17 and 18, 2020. Due to the COVID pandemic, the meeting was held online and was attended by representatives of all project partners. The aim of the meeting was mainly to discuss the partners' plans for the implementation of Service-learning training in youth work and the possibilities of implementation of training Service-learning in work with youth in the online form, in case it will not be possible to carry out the training physically; finalize intellectual outputs of IO2 and IO3 to agree on the basic concept and structure of the changed IO4 output. A separate part of the meeting was devoted to issues related to the financial management of the project.

Fourth project meeting online
The fourth project meeting was held online on January 25 and 26, 2021, due to measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The meeting aimed to evaluate the implementation of SL training for youth workers, which was implemented in partner countries, present training reports based on feedback from training participants, and finalize the output of the IO1 project. Other goals were the finalization of results IO2 and IO3 and work on production IO4 and the evaluation of the project's progress so far and the plan for the next period.

Fifth project meeting online
The project coordinator opened the meeting and presented the program. Participants shared expectations for the meeting and agreed on working rules. The coordinator briefly presented the project overview, the project scheme and the current status of the project.

Sixth project meeting online
The sixth project meeting was held on March 23 and 25, 2022 in Banská Bystrica. The meeting aims were: to prepare activities for the conference – multiplier event before the event, to evaluate the conference after the event, to prepare the follow-up plans for the project and to discuss financial issues of the project.
