Sixth project meeting

The sixth project meeting was held on March 23 and 25, 2022 in Banská Bystrica. The meeting aims were: to prepare activities for the conference – multiplier event before the event, to evaluate the conference after the event, to prepare the follow-up plans for the project and to discuss financial issues of the project.

The first day of the meeting was focused on the preparation of the conference. Partners prepared materials for the conference participants (outputs of the project and promotional materials), prepared the scenario for the conference and distributed the tasks during the event. They also prepared spaces for the conference before the event and discussed the content of the workshops for the conference. After the first day of the meeting, the conference started. 

The second day of the meeting was focused on the evaluation of the multiplier event. Partners evaluated the conference. The summary of the evaluation follows: Enjoy workshops because participants were from different countries; Good location, food; Very well prepared; University students – helpful and also team members; The program was easy to follow – different formats; Activities around – photo corner, bingo; Non-formal atmosphere; Bingo – good for young people;That student participated; Relaxing, enjoyable; Balanced program – working part and breaks + different formats; Different people; Translation was great; I like that we didn't have so many people in workshops – we had the interaction with people;      Good evaluation of the workshops from participants. Partners also agreed on the evaluation form, which PDCO will send to the conference participants. 

The next part of the meeting was dedicated to the preparation of the follow-up plan for the project outputs. Partners prepared the follow-up plan for using the outputs from the EDUVOL project. Project partners also mentioned during the follow-up plan that they already used many things, and they use many from the project in other activities. 

In the last part of the project meeting, the partners discussed the financial management of the project. Ida Adolfová, the financial manager of the project, informed the partners about the financial aspects of the project. The deadline for sending the financial report for 2022 is 30.6.2022. Partners evaluated the meeting; a google form will be sent after the meeting. 


24 September 2020

The third project meeting took place according to plan on September 17 and 18, 2020. Due to the COVID pandemic, the meeting was held online and was attended by representatives of all project partners. The aim of the meeting was mainly to discuss the partners' plans for the implementation of Service-learning training in youth work and the possibilities of implementation of training Service-learning in work with youth in the online form, in case it will not be possible to carry out the training physically; finalize intellectual outputs of IO2 and IO3 to agree on the basic concept and structure of the changed IO4 output. A separate part of the meeting was devoted to issues related to the financial management of the project.

The training on service-learning was organized 10th and 11th of December 2020  online. 


04 November 2020

The training in Romania took part online from 27 to 29 October 2020. There was also a follow-up meeting organized on 17 November 2020. 


20 November 2019

Training of Trainers was organized in connection with the first project meeting in Slovakia from 18 to 20 November 2019. 

Partners from four countries (Poland, Hungary, Romania, Croatia) participated in the training of trainers in service-learning. Alžbeta Brozmanova Gregorová (PDCO) led the training together with colleagues from Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica from Slovakia.
